   @henry I don't understand. Do you mean you have 10 different Mastodon-profiles? Why?

   I'm somewhat surprised you haven't "found" more of the Swedish contingency here since you seem to live in Stockholm. I'll boost after replying.

   To your point: Algorithm driven engagement is a hella powerful drug. It will take a lot of time to get off it.

   That's the explanation both for why people register and then leave Mastodon, and why you got more engagement on Reddit with your post.

     Yesterday, I posted a chart with Mastodon active users to discuss the problems of Mastodon. I also cross-posted it over 10 of my connected profiles. I got max 10 comments on that from all the profiles during the day. Today I posted a similar post on Reddit r/Mastodon and got more than 70 comments in 3 hours. It's much easier to discuss Mastodon on Reddit than on Mastodon itself. Lol.
