     @gentoobro @PhoxFriday @TrevorGoodchild No, your average person can't judge competence in a doctor. You need some scheme to prove that a person is acting with some amount of practice and information.
     
     Given how bad a mistake by a doctor can be, it's useful.

     @sickburnbro @TrevorGoodchild I'm shocked that it's even still 40%. The whole Covid thing was an emperor has no clothes moment for the entire medical industry. Average joe watched his relatives enter hospitals to die on respirators, got a vaxx (or multiple) that didn't prevent him from getting sick, and then watched his kid mysteriously get heart disease at age 16 from playing soccer. That number needs to crater way more than it has already.

     Completely deregulate doctoring. It's clear at this point that loicensed doctors are on average worse than some random Karen on Youtube because at least Karen isn't on Pfizer's payroll and isn't actively trying to kill you.
