     @david There are no "Linux users" on fedi, as that proprietary kernel doesn't operate on its own.
     
     There are at least 4 GNU/Linux-libre users on fedi, but I figure there's a lot more.
     
     Most fediverse software only really runs on GNU/Linux and there are >20,000 instances last time I checked.
     
     Taking a rough guess, I figure there are >25,000 systemd/Linux users, >10,000 GNU/Linux users and >20,000 Android users on fedi.

     It's a bunch of proprietary OS's, that are mostly source available, although certain parts are under free, weak licenses (but the intention is that those free licenses are subverted to make the software proprietary with a proprietary license - some free licenses even explicitly allow for sublicensing).
