     @zaivala — I am a boring cishet male blessed to be friends with a person who transitioned when I was 18. I’m over 50 now and have met and become friends with many other trans men and women. One of my closest friends is a trans man.

     I say all that to express the idea that we are moving to a place where we can all be as nature (or God as believers would say) made us. I sort of feel that hormones and transitioning reinforces the binary gender paradigm.

     Good on you. My stance is, I'm too old to put myself through the chemical changes of transition, after 71 years of trying to fake being normal, combined with my current medical issues.
