     There were no disk size configs in setup, but apparently you could change it after install. The society has progressed pass the need for separate /usr and /var partitions, but this is UNIX V7 certified system we're talking about.

     configure is dumb-slow because every line it runs bash and A4 and gcc and everything 5000 times. If you were designing a build system and trying to imagine how to make it as slow as possible, most everything you think of is probably in autotools.

     Something's wrong with p7zip, doesn't see all 8 cores I gave to the machine and crashes shortly after. RISC-V port of Arch on RVVM (with also 8 cores) for comparison.

     Should still be faster than RS/6000 43p. Going straight to Erlang, having a little higher hopes than I did with Hurd but will still be reusing `--disable-ipv6 --disable-kernel-poll --disable-year2038 --disable-esock` just to be safe.
