   Nobody can say with any authority what the military does or does not have. We only see stuff get declassified when it's like 50 years old, and it's always wilder than anyone would have imagined.
   
   It is 100% without a doubt that the US MIL has been trying as hard as possible to figure out how they could steer hurricanes and trigger earthquakes, we literally know this from old/declassified research.

     @cjd @Griffith @apropos yeah but most of those research conclude that the amount of effort necessary makes it impractical. why use a nuke to start a earthquake when you can just use the same nuke on a city
