   @pony @oleksandr @lanodan i had a package delivered to a paczkomat once. required me to install their program, turn on bluetooth and wifi. had to call support and they seemed to have hired čp employees:
   1.) my phone doesn't have a wifi, could you unlock the box for me?
   2.) have you checked the manual on how do you install an app?
   3.) madam my phone doesn't have a wifi and probably can't run your program
   4.) do you perhaps have a friend who knows how to operate a phone?
   5.) madam the app doesn't run on my phone and i don't want to run your program on my phone
   6.) can you just go to the app store...

     @lkundrak @oleksandr @pony Except shit crashing is probably a frequent occurrence, meanwhile someone with a non-iOS/Android device is basically unknown.

     @lkundrak @oleksandr @pony At least as someone with a feature phone (real one from 2009) and before that SailfishOS, it's like a small subgroup of linux nerds, like the other linux nerds might as well run Windows on their phones.
