     @Tony Yeah I've had those issues with vps. Usually seems to depend on the distro. Last time iirc it was an Alpine install that couldn't find the internet. Messed around with DHCP and it suddenly worked

     jk, even though it was throwing an error while I was setting up the bridge/network settings, apparently it's connected to the internet.
     
     I wonder if it was just having an issue before it generated it's own IP

     i've been meaning to get around to it. The network stuff is way more stupid than i anticipated though.
     
     Running into problems with the vps accessing the internet because it was a hardwired connection and won't bridge via wifi which is stupid. But at least i figured out how to get it running lol

     It's such a pain of an industry though because of the low prices you charge per vps - you'd need 100s of users just to pay rent lol

     @Tony @dcc @ins0mniak and even then, modern day ipv4 pricing doesn't make running a small operation any fun either, having to piggy back off the networks of bigger corporations you're directly competing against barely leaves much margin, unless you're running some real bespoke service

     I'm gonna take all these sbc's I have laying around and make a cluster rack.
