   @EUCommission No, that is not free - that cr...app is proprietary software that only operates on two brands of tracking devices, making it nonfree.
   
   The EU Commission should arguably be supporting free software for wireless AP's and clients alike, that supports "enhanced open" (the drawback of old-style "open" is that there is no encryption), allowing devices to simply connect to an AP without proprietary software or surveillance.
