     It is toll-free and can be dialed from any landline or mobile phone. The calls are handled by trained operators who can assist in multiple languages.
     
     The operator will either assist you directly or transfer your call to the most appropriate emergency service.

     This emergency helpline is also available in countries outside our Union, and worldwide on GSM mobile networks.
