   @Dragon Well, as I understand it, it is not riff-raff... It will be decent food for a reasonable price, and some good drink, and good coffee. The idea is that it is open way more than a normal pub to handle the breakfast and coffee and wifi crowd as well as those that appreciate a nice place to have a nice drink.

   And no Sky fucking sports TV. Probably little or no music even, maybe really quiet background stuff, perhaps.

   I think also private booking stuff as well.

     And if all their telecoms/WiFi kit has A&A stickers, so be it.

     Maybe let's just say I have a stake, or is that a steak, well done? Well, an involvement.

     So not like the last pub I purchased, this won't actually be "my pub".

     Nice pub you have there...

     It would be a shame if someone bought it, redecorated, cleaned up the kitchen, got some real ale, decent wine, and a proper coffee machine, and opened it up in a week and a bit as a new pub, with WiFi that has IPv6 even, as well as breakfast and coffee early morning.

     I'd have to be in there every morning if that happened 🙂
