   @PalePimp @Dudebro @GoodBoyUV It used to be used only in very special medical cases where there weren't a whole lot of options and the risks of the medicine were outweighed by the risks of not taking the medicine but then doctors just started handing them out like candy to anyone who asked so I expect there's going to be a lot of formerly obese women who have wear adult diapers in the future.
