     So, you reject the notion of eternal life, and you seem to reject that Jesus was also God?

     Sounds like you're not a Christian.

     I think many Christians do.

     And whether it is Jesus who saves them from going to hell: a central belief of Christianity is that through the crucifixion he sacrificed himself to atone for the sins of humanity.

     The notion that it's Jesus who sends sinners to hell, would be diametrically opposed to this belief.

     Tell me where in the Bible Jesus ever claimed saving people from "a pit of fire to burn forever".

     And the suggestion that Jesus would throw sinners in hell would be based on what?

     I do not rule out that people may exist who call themselves Christians and who believe something like that.

     But that doesn't mean that is what Christianity is about.
