  @sneeden the problem is just that the tech is designed without a single serious concern for security. The actual functionality is really useful. Things like, starting your car remotely and turning on the AC/heat because it's cold/hot out.

  @sun Even assuming the ideal escenario where security was properly addressed, whatever little convenience these features add is not worth it comparing to their added complexity in terms of maintainability/repairability
