   main changes I've observed is the increased traffic in my timeline, larger and more common threads than I used to get in my corner of the fediverse, and lots of people asking questions and for advice about how things work here in various languages. I've never focused so much time and attention on being (or trying to be :-) welcoming before

     Since the 44B$ ad campaign started, using the default web client to read my home timeline has become unresponsive, taking alll memory and bringing firefox to its knees..

     I now start using tut, a golang, terminal-based #mastodon client that so far i only used on the #pinephone. The text-only interface makes it blazing fast. pressing a key to open media prevents distraction. It really shines with super-crowded timelines!

     And you? What clients do you use? Did the mass-todon change your usage?
