   @lumi Yes, google played restrict is a form of proprietary malware.
   
   Any kind of antifeature implemented in software where it's not feasible to remove such antifeature (proprietary software) is a pure act of malice and therefore makes such software proprietary malware.
   
   Most proprietary software is proprietary malware with very few exceptions.

     if something actively restricts your freedom over your device, eg safetynet and google play integrity
     
     does that make it malware?
     
     i mean, it is actively going against the user, so i would call that malicious behavior
