Any kind of antifeature implemented in software where it's not feasible to remove such antifeature (proprietary software) is a pure act of malice and therefore makes such software proprietary malware.
Most proprietary software is proprietary malware with very few exceptions.-

i mean, it is actively going against the user, so i would call that malicious behavior
