Aren't authorship rights unalienable in every country on Earth? "Waive any rights to claim authorship" sounds like something that will not work in any jurysdiction. Not even Russia of all places.
And wouldn't be surprised that Russia is comparable to other European countries when it comes to this kind of rights, after all it's the kind of thing that can end up in work contracts so you'd want to be compatible with neighboring countries.
