     @deprecated_ii @p11 @RustyCrab when Java came out you didn’t have a lot of choices and Java was very well documented compared to open source projects

     @p11 @RustyCrab I also use things with no value in the job market for my personal projects :02_shrug:
     
     if someone likes rust and wants to use it I don't care. but it's a fact that rust is not being picked up the way e.g. java was when it came out

     I use Rust for almost all my personal projects.

     A lot of utility stuff, but also some graphical applications, some command line utilities, and unfinished games/engines.
