@paul I guess my apprehension is just how much energy AI is going to require might not fall within any previous limits and workloads during the period that it operated safely.
@WarnerCrocker It operated safely for the greater part for several decade, until recently, after the incident in the 70s.
Part of this story I read locally that irked me is, they plan to put it back online, which will cost $1.6 billion, with federal subsidies earmarked for nuclear power in the 2022 Inflation Recovery Act.
