I have a serious doubts if wokes still like it, after transhumanist techbros started showing their teeth with LLMs, AIart, brain chips and e/acc in general, but a good post is still a good post 🙂

@lonelyowl13 TBF, I don't mind people who want to live an augmented life.

@lonelyowl13 Corporatism is what we currently have, and AFAIK is the situation in CP2077 (though I haven't played it). Wanting to live a natural life and finding a robotic life with brain implants and flying cars with killswitches unappealing doesn't make you a commie.

You can live a natural life today, there are a lot of online influencers posting about their farm life experience, and i suppose there are even more people who just live like that without making a video blog out of it. So, go for it! I will have my eternal life and gnu/brainchips making me 300iq, you will have your trad life on a farm with a loving wife, chickens and three children.
After all, cyberpunk as a genre was somewhat of leftist propaganda from the beginning, and it is over exaggerated.

@lonelyowl13 Cyberpunk isn't anti-utopian unless your utopia is Cyberpunk 2077

Well, it would theoretically allow you to have a shitload of money and a near eternal life if you spent more time studying and working instead of kicking shit and complaining about capitalism. Not a utopia, but a pretty decent world to live in

When i was a young bird, i thought cyberpunk was not even an anti-utopian genre 🤷♀️

@lonelyowl13 It's really only cool if you're a cyberpunk gooner.
