   Checking upcoming public holidays in Hong Kong, India etc, canceling meetings where key participants are in a location that is on holiday.

   On Wednesday, Chinese National Day, which is a public holiday in Hing Ko.g as well as the Mainland.

   Wednesday in two weeks, Mahatma Gandhi's Birthday, which is a public holiday in India.

   I try to concentrate my meetings to Wednesdays, so those are the two relevant holidays until Christmas.

     @clacke Find out which day of the week has the most holidays on average, then schedule recurring meetings on that day.
