     The liberalization of Roman Bible scholarship (ex. Raymond Brown) has been a constant thing for a century now. Any current reports to the contrary or some resistance are full copium that do not understand academic systems, including the one set-up by Rome.

     @Wormwood If only there was, like, a book or something that could give some kind of, like, moral framework for evaluating these kinds of things. Then maybe they could have a bunch of people devote their lives to studying it and have the guy who knows it best lead them all, and then he'd probably be good at applying it to real world situations.
