Not that this question matters, but why is Harris' presidential legitimacy not being questioned? Both her parents were on visa when she was born, her mother on an expired visa. They were not American citizens, making Harris a de jure non-citizen. At least with Obama, he had his mother who was an ancestral and legal citizen. -

This is the case regardless of the tax or immigration status of a person's parents.

I swear that Hart-Cellar can't be used to retroactively redefine "natural born citizen" in Article II, S. 1, as the Founders defined it, but who gives a damn about rule of law nowadays? -
