@Suiseiseki my friends keep telling me I should install proprietary Winblows 10 to play proprietary Baldur's Gate 3 (DRM free) with them. What should I do?

@sally Tell them to play one of the many free software games with you instead.
Just because a game lacks one of the typical anti-features doesn't make it not malware.
If you still insist on running it, there is no reason to install windows 10 - as WINE+DVXK+esync should run it, although you may want to run such within a GNU/Linux VM, rather than giving it access to your /home directory.

I'm never gonna waste a single second dealing with the convoluted mess that is Wine+Lutris+Whatever other Python crap, plus I'd also still need a VPN to play with them through inet. I'm conflicted on whether I should install Winblows 10 in a spare SSD or not play at all.

@Suiseiseki
Fair, but trolling Discord cattle in online proprietary games is my weakness.

@sally That arguably makes you just as much of the cattle as them.
