Small businesses should get a tax break
Big corpo's on the other hand should be taxes to the moon and back

It also makes no sense. Large companies would just divide themselvesnup into lots of small companies all owned by tbe same people. Woukd creat tons kf waste to avoid taxes and benefit no one.
Well its an issue created solely by yournproposal. So you have tonsolve it now, not before we adoptmsomething that fixes nothing and juat adds a new problem.
@freemo That's another issue that can be solved :flan_laugh:
Let's start at the start, uh
How is that a smaller issue? Youve turned companies intompaperwork nightmares for the government, didnt actually get any more taxes from thr big companies, in fact you lost money due to higher admin costs.
In order to say that implementing this results in a smaller problem youd have to shownjt addresses at least part of tbr pronlem, when in fact this doesnt and simply introduces new problems
@freemo Hahaha but ofc! :flan_laugh:
But it SOOO MUCH it's a smaller issue then the current status of business
If we go at it that way, nothing can be done
Basically what you are saying
If wr expect the changes we makr to society yo actually improve things then nothing will ever get done".
How does point out your idea doesnt fix the problems and adds new ones in any way remotely suggest i dont see a problem? It implies indo see a problem its just not one your solution makes better.
There are tons of big issues with economy, hige corps included.
@freemo Well, this shows you don't see anything wrong with the current status of business so I cannot explain this to you 😉
There is a huge issue regarding the big corpo's and their way of evading taxes etc etc
Ofc it would be worth it since it would return so much more in time instead of the current bill to deal with this lol
No not jusy that it creates amother problem. The relevant part isnit creates new problems while doing **nothing** to fix tbe existing one. You want to tax large corps more, but you cant becajse your "solution" only results in them getting out ofnit at the cost of the government.
@freemo No, thats what you are saying
"it creates another problem to solve"
Yeah ofc it does! Thats the point lol
Instead of always assuming what people mean and trying to act superior why not ask and try tonlearn what mybperspective is before judging it? You can simply ask mr what problems insee and how id fix it.
Thats pretty much my point. Breaking it up by size is xomplete nonsense. Ensuring a single person cant own a monopoly, which is only loosly tied to size would be useful. There is a problem here and there is a good solution but as usual doesnt want tonhear opinions that put holes in his ideas. Its sad because its a new trend he seems to have only taken up recently with my interactions with him.
Still hoping he rights the course and doesnt keep up this behavior as i always respected hia maturity in the past.
@freemo Ripping apart monopolies and splitting them into multiple smaller competing entities is litteraly what anti-trust government organizations (such as US' FTC) have been trying to achieve.
So as long as @stux 's new tax code defines "big corpo" and "small business" in a way that would encourage competitors (and not merely "in the name only" small companies under the same umbrella / same holding), it's a win/win.
