@feld Can OpenBSD be considered supported in Pleroma? The rc script is broken and install instructions lack few dependencies.

@phnt @feld It appears instructions simply haven't been updated when imagemagick got replaced by libvips/vix; I'd also add the note about them in instructions for various Linux distros as well, since prepackaged libvips is only available for a rather odd amount of architectures (s390x but no riscv, really?) Pleroma itself should run anywhere where Erlang runs, I got it running on Hurd and Haiku after some fiddling.

@mint @phnt yeah it's just that nobody who runs it on OpenBSD reported the install instructions went stale. Will gladly correct the docs if you can send us some info!

@feld @phnt Just need to add the same libvips part you added to FreeBSD instructions.

@mint @phnt so the docs being stale is mostly my fault as I did the grunt work for the VIPS change anyway. I'll just sit here and watch the Game of Thones shame.gif for a few mins as my penance

@feld @mint The docs don't really matter. The rc script broken and the relayd/httpd configuration completely ignores running on a subdomain. I'll create a draft MR tomorrow with some of the fixes.

@phnt @mint love this, thank you!!

@mint @feld Yeah I know, I got it mostly working. Few things left to test that interact with outside utils/libraries like media proxy.
Just asking if I should make an MR for it or not.

@mint @phnt @feld blessed Hurd and Haiku user.
Hurd is my fayorwite qweerky mycrocornol UwU.
And Haiku is outright voodoo magic until you try playing Doom 3 without 3d acceleration.
