Meh session, but! A session nonetheless. Adding an extra warmup to the squats made it easier to achieve a nice, deep range of movement easily at working weight.
OHP was a struggle and I just straight-up-dropped the deadlift weight down to 47,5kg and did a form-focused day because I didn't trust myself not to mess up the lift and hurt my back lifting my own weight to my thighs.
