I will keep saying this. The whole point of metric was to establish science over humans.
Systems of measurements should be to help people, not punish them.

@sickburnbro That's a stupid fucking arguement for Fahrenheit and you know it. Fahrenheit was made by a science nerd for science nerd things and the scale was determined so he could easily draw all the lines between freezing and body temperature easily by bisecting intervals. What 0F and 100F lands has nothing to do with being naturally intuitive.
If you want to make appeals to tradition and nature about your measurements systems, the things you use to describe your world, don't bother. They are all created artifically and defined arbitraily by their creators for whatever nerd science and/or bookkeeping shit they were doing. Calling any measurement beyond "it's hot" or "it's cold" natural is just cope.

@Noraweed you obviously have no idea what I've said and are just choosing to lash out to protect a silly system.

@Noraweed My guy, don't try to tell me what not to poast.
You obviously have an irrational love for metric, but are unwilling to even ask yourself why even as you strike.

@sickburnbro Then don't use a post advocating for a measurement system to rail against measurement system. Notice how I never disagreed with your point of celsiuis putting science over human experience. I said all of them do that. Your screenshot to support your idea was a stupid one to choose.
