@RosannaSibora Thank you! I see infographics being used in a lot of resumes for creatives. It's different but far from practical. I usually just send out a plain-text version of my resume to make things easier 😊

@sand I never understood what 70% of communication means... 😅 So for me as a hiring manager, not helpful at all.

Meaningless. The more you learn about something or hone a skill, the more you realize there's so much more to learn/refine. Headshots invite early biases. The goal of a resume is to get you to an interview as quickly as possible, neither of these do that (unless the manager is hiring based on appearance, which is a person you don't want to work for)
