     @Heil_Honkler hatred of poor whites is actually a think in urban whites. There are a portion that hate them because they are hicklibs, but there are also a bunch that hate them because they sit as proof that their stupid blank state approach doesn't work, and you can't just manipulate people into whatever you want.

     @sickburnbro I hate our public schools, but homeschooling is in even worse shape from what I've seen. My cousin had a science textbook where Jesus was literally riding a dinosaur and history texts had odd religious judgements of notable figures in American history. No matter your opinion on the veracity Dinosaur Cowboy Jesus, that sort of thing doesn't help when trying to get a kid into college or to be able to interact with the general public who they assume will have similar views as baseline.
