- The press still kind of seem to be fools
- Trump never has faced and never will face anything like this kind of scrutiny from a reporter, ever

Every getting nothing of this interview but social media takes and brief excerpts reminds me how nails-on-a-chalkboard grating I found all of the pre-Trump political coverage — which I guess reinforces the promise of a return to normalcy, since post-Trump coverage fills me not with annoyance but with a mix of rage and nihilistic despair.

Yes he did. He was grilled at the NABJ and still has the open wounds. However, corporate media isn't sticking their fingers in those wounds because corporate media loves a politician that you can buy with mere compliments.

@inthehands Yeah, I don't think there was even one good-faith invitation to speak. It was impressive how well Harris maintains the face of someone who is being asked interesting thoughtful questions, even when they are not. Walz has a harder time hiding his emotions but he kept his cool.
