Following people here is such a pain in the ass
I tried using another server, followed a bunch of people. Decided to come back here, and I can’t follow the same people cause I don’t see the list of my own follows on that other server 🥲😵💫 just so tiring trying to network here

@BeAware but how people find you? You are in your own instance pretty much isolated. If I don’t even see comments made by people from other servers without someone from my instance following them, how they can see your posts before anyone has followed you? It’s like to get followers you need followers

@BeAware but they also might not see it. I guess I just prefer deterministic approach when you are sure about the outcome of your actions :) that’s why fedi is kinda annoying me, even tho I like the idea

I just come to socials because I need interactions with people and if I need months to build network it kinda doesn’t make much sense. I want to see people today, now; not in months or weeks
