     @clacksee If that's British Airways, please complain to them. The backend supports "Mx" already due to my complaints, and you can change your frequent flyer account title by emailing their data protection office.

     You can also fix it on your tickets after ordering by calling customer service which is probably the best form of complaint because it costs them money.
