   I'm pleased to announce that the working title of the radical media network I've been working on helping to create is The Intersection! It is inspired by the French #ReseauMutu but can be based on a framework similar to that of #Beehaw. There's an in-depth explanation on how this was arrived at, on my site, here: https://www.mediaactivist.com/manifesto/ If you're interested in getting involved, let me know -- and in the spirit of intersectionality, if you'd like to contribute your own photo of your hand raising a phone, these could be used in similar posters, hopefully reflecting a diverse range of people!      Imagine folx turning away from Facebook, and similar walled gardens (or private conference suites), instead going to one safe space online, clicking on their own geographical area, and finding out what radical events are happening there, what news can be shared there, what discussions can be had and links created. Imagine a place free from cynical algorithms and ads and misinformation; intersectional and horizontal in its approach; activists maintaining a free, open source area of the internet to share information in the spirit of mutual aid. This can happen. Mutu grew rapidly, and the Fediverse has the resources for us to create something inspired. Drop me a note if this sounds good to you, or even if you have any questions!
