     I've been here for about a year and have around that many as well. Though, I'm just a single user and I clear them out periodically to save space and bandwidth.

     @sam definitely makes sense for a community driven instance to hold onto them!

     Hope your Fedi adventure has been a good one.

     There's pros and cons to being an admin for a community. It's admirable to be able to deal with the cons effectively.

     I couldn't do it myself.

     @BeAware We are for our local area and don't mind a profile just being there to allow people to easily find users but yeah I can see where clearing them could be helpful.
