It’s so true and I’m still so fuckin stupid.
I fall into the mistake of not realizing I was doing crazy shit and since I was feeling great that day, didn’t think to stretch.
Now I’m carefully stretching and moving slowly for the next day or so lol✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware: likes this. -

I don't think stretching is the problem, is overexerting muscles without properly bringing them to the level where they can handle it. Case in point my dad decided to go all ham on the leg machines one night and he had trouble walking for a couple months. You have to ease into that that shit. -

While it is important to not over exert yourself, I was not in any way, just moving shit I normally do, with a slight twist of doing it a little more than I normally would.
Even if you over exert, careful stretching can save you✙ dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware: likes this. -

Juries out on stretching. I know some athletic people that don't do it and they seem fine. I do a little stretching myself but not everyday, only when my body is telling me to do it.
