   Also: once the phone is seen as a USB drive, it will show a lot of folders and files. Look for a folder called something like "Pictures", " Photos", or DCIM.

     Might be good to add that when a dialog appears on the phone to allow using USB for file transfers, that they should select that option (and not "share photos" or something)
