   I have a family home in Penang, an old-style bungalow on the island with lots of land (by Penang city standards) and which is nearly 80 years old. It is my dream to restore it and turn it into an urban farm and homestay. But wonder if I can ever pull it off. It's a dream anyway as the Family is trying to sell it. :(
