BlueSky users, when bridging to Fediverse, please be mindful of the posts you quote because it seems a lot of people don't allow logged out users to see their posts, causing Fedi users to miss the context and completely ruin the point of bridging in the first place...😳🤦♂️

  @tom ahhh...good point...that is a good proposal. It would help immediately identify if the post is worth reading or not, though I do wish I could just read the damn post...🤦♂️

  I'm not sure how easy it is to tell if a post requires you to be logged in if you're already logged into bluesky
  https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/1267 this was proposed the other day though which would help

  @BeAware @tom You can use my thread reader tool to view posts which are not accessible on bsky.app: https://blue.mackuba.eu/skythread/ - not as convenient, but gets the job done at least.
