     @drewdevault We have done this weird thing in Utah for reasons that I don't understand where we have a thing *called* a scone, but it is actually a https://kitchenkneads.com/fry-bread-utah-scone/

     It took me decades to learn how much "real" scones suck

     @drewdevault biscuits are like poutine... mostly a mess of gravy and confusingly named.

     Although where I'm from we're mostly known for rancid rotting fish, so I guess I'm like a football fan screaming advice and insults at a coach on TV.
