     The real problem is the chilling effect on free speech, this is an attempt at gaining the means of control of the communication between people that is not easily controllable by the increasingly authoritarian governments.

     France may not connect genital parts to electricity yet, but give them time and something in similar fashion will come to be.

     Also: that's the state of Europe, right now
