   丼に移動してきて、文化コンサルタントや脚本家、フィルムメイカーなど、気になっている職業の人たちと繋がることができた。趣味の万年筆も、鳥サイトで呟いてもなんの反応もなかったのに、ここにはいっぱい反応してくれる人がいて情報交換できて助かっている。
   Since moving to Mastodon, I made many new connections with #playwright #CulturalConsultant and #filmmakers -all things I'm interested in. At the birdsite when I tweeted about #fountainpen I got crickets but here there are many aficionados. Grateful.

     @yilinwriter My current pen is pretty boring- Lamy Safari in Strawberry. Hoping to buy TWSBI pen maybe at Boxing Day sale. My go-to ink is Sailor Soboku- perfect blue black but I do like Ferris Wheel Press “Stroke of Midnight” which is a lot bluer. #FountainPen #ink #FountainPens

     @Yukari @yilinwriter No shame in a Safari! :-) I still fill mine up occasionally as a reminder. It’s not expensive, but it’s certainly a classic! Interesting to read about your ink choice - I’ve never tried the Sailor inks. Inspiration for my next shopping trip! Thanks!

     @dspacenine @yilinwriter Soboku is pretty much like any other ink but I know what you mean. Someone here once told me they use iridescent/sparkly ink and I was worried about clogging too. They said they had no issue but I still haven't tried anything like that.

     @Yukari @yilinwriter I haven't yet used a pigmented ink like Souboku. The thought of it makes me nervous for some reason. Any problems with clogging? Are there any special cleaning precautions?
