@Hyolobrika as someone with a mental disability, I extend a very firm "do better" to the mentally ill.
Imagine if we lived in a society where physically sick people kept not resting, not hydrating and only eating sugar, and the rest of society is supposed to look at it and pretend that it's normal and healthy.
when mentally ill people lock themselves up, spend 6 hours on social media and smoke copious amounts of weed, it flabbergasts me when people wonder why they're not getting better
We don't have a mental health issue, we have a mental hygiene education issue imo

"Wow, that person is not looking after themselves"
