   @revk @workchronicles and many of those places will conveniently include bonus as something to be considered in the overall package.

   Either it's a bonus or it's pay. Problem when it is pay is that reducing it makes people really mad.

     @workchronicles FYI, some of us do pay staff "above and beyond" with Christmas (and other) bonuses.
