There's a lot of opportunity in processing the text of documents for English language editing.
My company Oceaneditors.com is forced to use word format because our clients write their manuscripts in word (English language editing work). Though I do use Libre office myself to work with their docs. At the very least, the word format is available as text. It might make sense to:

convert word to libre --> parse --> convert back to word for the clients.
