     @Reiddragon@fedi.reimu.info @Polychrome@poly.cybre.city Actually I didn't mind Twitter back when you could still send Tweets via SMS, they still allowed third party clients, and the main site worked without logging in and even it worked without Javascript. Also the timeline was actually chronological and not algorithm based.

     @SuperDicq @Polychrome I guess the old issues were more general "corporate social media being bad", meanwhile now Twitter is its own brand of awful that stands atop an even bigger pile of shit than most other corporate social media (except for Facebook, Facebook is arguably an even bigger pile of shit)

     @SuperDicq oh I haven't actually used it in years. I just use what's left of Nitter to follow feeds of figurine makers because Asian companies forgot that blogs exist.
