Why you have a thing where you tag people that don't want to talk to each other into the same thread? Dicey thinks I'm gonna send people to the Hague Box, I think he's annoying, we don't wanna talk to each other. You were in that thread, man, the one where the Dutch Boomer said that graf secretly controls FSE and then he got into the Hague Pod at the end of the thread; if I recall correctly, you were the one that tagged me into that thread. I mean, I would have gone about my business not knowing who Dutch Boomer was and confusing Dicey NES with that whatsisface guy, the other one with the weird name that periodically says something to me and then I don't know how to respond, I would not have found out that the Dutch have concocted a suicide pod or that if they think your baby is going to suffer that they have a whole wink-and-a-nod thing with prosecutors to kill the baby, I could have just gone about my business. You were there for this. I wonder if you're a liability, man.

The 'tism puts people in the uncanny valley for human behavior, so some people get a bad feeling around me.
Additionally, in general, for some reason, I sound angrier than I actually am. I make a joke and people start apologizing. It's a problem when it's a friend but it comes in handy with people that waste my time. I can say it, I say repeatedly in public that I don't have any enemies on fedi, it doesn't get through people's heads.

Half the time it's unwarranted self-importance (or schizophrenia), the other half they don't actually think it but they say it because they have some reason to pretend they are persecuted.

I tend to not like talking about folks without giving them a fighting chance (assuming they aren't blocked or defed). That way you can respond if wish to do so.

Lotta ways that don't result in me using brain powers to murder a Nederlander. For my own part, I would rather some people think some dumb shit about me than that I waste my time, or I would have exhausted all of my energy yelling "FASCISTS ARE NOT FANS OF INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY OR FREE TRADE" at the Mastodongs that insist that I'm some kind of a fascist. I mean, I'll say what I have to say, but I'm not so stupid that I think "correct people about their incorrect perceptions of my life's mission" is a reasonable life's mission. It would be like I've become a Minsky device.
Weren't you in that thread where Minsky came up? (Unrelated to him being a humorless dickhead, and also unrelated to his trips to Epstein Island, he did have a pretty long list of accomplishments in computer science.) He said that this was his favorite machine: its only function is that, once it is turned on, it turns itself back off.
So, you know, I worry more about who can stop me than what people say they think about what I'm doing. People saying that I'm awful and I can make the Dutch kill themselves, fine: I don't give a shit. People that successfully waste too much of my time can cause a problem, but not people that make dumb shit up. I have no shortage. That sunbeam.city admin says I threatened to murder him and am a fascist. Has this actually stopped me from doing any of the things I'm trying to do?
Wasting my time actually can, so I'd rather not. I make these terrible bots that try to prevent people from wasting my time. I mean, do you know what I'm doing with my time?
