     It looks like an honest mistake. She was looking down at her phone. Driver was going pretty slow. Left turns in a busy area ... shit happens .. she's probably alright, and will probably get a grand or two from his insurance.

     @djsumdog Yeah I never look down at my phone while on the crosswalk. Still though the dude turning should also have been smart enough to not hit her, even if going slow. Or perhaps especially since hes going slow
