     @scottdhansen @Soretski I live in the ghetto. Every gas station in my area has a black dude cooking BBQ in a homemade 55 gal drum smoker. I don't waste my time, I go to the experts.

     Man there was this amazing BBQ downtown, run by this old black dude, that smoked all day and opened at like 8~9pm .. you'd go in there from the music pub next door at midnight and there would be little kids running around and the place looked dodgy as fuck, but man was the food good ... closed down a decade go.

     @AlphaKiloPapa @scottdhansen @Soretski Barbecue's one of those things where the less fancy the tools are, the better it's probably going to be. And if it's served on a metal tray with kraft paper on top, go back to the kitchen and throw it at the cook
