     @qint @creamqueen cyberia went offline for a bit a few years ago while subscribed to the poast relay and this fucked up poast somehow (I don't remember specifics but graf was mad about it - we weren't the only instance either)

     @cassidyclown @qint @creamqueen it was configured to endlessly retry sending activities if it received any response that wasn’t success and didn’t time out, instead of skipping or even removing the unresponsive server from the queue temporarily. it was trying to contact cyberia 50 times a second for an entire day
